Website for a Lakewood Ranch Company : The Call

A Lakewood Ranch potential customer recently called us:

“We are having all kinds of problems with our website.  A national web design or internet marketing company created our website for us over a year ago.  At first, we were impresses with the site, but within a month or so it began to have problems.  We have been losing leads, and current customers.”

You click on your contact page, as well as a couple of other webpages, and it shows “File not Found 404 Error.”

In technical terms, this means that that particular url is not part of your domain.  In other words, if a website page gives a 404 error, the page doesn’t exist. So why did it used to exist, you ask?  There are a ton of different reasons why you get a 404 error, but you want it fixed and we fix website errors.  Most importantly, we make sure these errors don’t happen again.  Can you imagine a new customer from the Lakewood Ranch area on your website trying to find out about your product or service via your contact page, but the contact page says doesn’t work!!! When you goto a website, and it says “Your connection is not secure,” what does that make you or a customer do??
